As a featured speaker at IQRA's "Volunteerism" webinar, I had the opportunity to delve into the mindset and principles that define a truly impactful volunteer. During the session, I emphasized the importance of developing a mindset focused on genuine contribution to society. I explored two effective pathways for embarking on a volunteer journey: participating in established organizations or initiating one's own volunteer projects.

To aid attendees in their volunteer endeavors, I provided valuable resources, including Volunteer Radar and the Unified Orgs website, which serve as excellent platforms for finding diverse volunteering opportunities. Furthermore, I discussed the essential traits of a good leader, highlighting the critical characteristics and skills necessary for effective leadership in volunteer initiatives.
